The Keys will release a new single off the back of their biggest tour to date, taking them the length and breadth of the UK throughout February and March. Taken from the their eponymously titled debut album, ‘From Tense To Loose To Slack’, will be released March 22nd and features 3 exclusive new songs.

New Single, Album and Tour
After a mere tease of a single and live activity before the summer The Keys return fighting fit for the new season. A new single, 'Love your Sons and Daughters', released Monday (8/9), precedes the airing of their first Peel Session on Tuesday night (9/9). A video for the single has been made and will be available to watch online from this very site shortly. The debut album, 'The Keys', released October 6th coincides with the bands first headline tour proper, cast your eyes over the tours section for more info.

New single and debut album
The recently completed self-titled debut album from The Keys is now set for an autumn release on October 6th. Recorded at home by the band it features previous singles Gurl Next Door, Strength of Strings and the forthcoming single Love your Sons and Daughters which is released on September 8th. The band have just returned from a couple of shows with fellow Welsh minstrels Gorkys Zygotic Mynci and are currently planning a full UK tour for September. A Peel Session recorded last month at Maida Vale will be broadcast in the near future.

New Single
Following early praise for their debut release as The Keys ('Gurl Next Door' through Cardiff's own Booby Trap Singles Club) the boys are set to release their first single proper for too pure. The three-track single 'Strength of Strings' will be available June 9th, a short run of live dates to coincide are being finalised. Meanwhile work continues apace to complete the album, likely to be simply entitled 'The Keys' (it makes sense to us).

The Keys on your Radio
The Keys have been invited to perfom at the next date on the Exposure tour for BBC Wales. The show takes place at Aberystwyth Uni on February 20th, entrance is free but if you can't make it along catch the live broadcast between 8-8:30pm. The band's next single 'Strength of Strings' is due for release around May time. For more info click here
